Our goal

...is to enable the reader to choose the properties of the text in their textbook so it fits their needs.

To make this possible, we want to

• Introduce the concept of textbook aspects
• Streamline the writing process for these textbooks so they still can be written within a reasonable time.

To streamline the authoring, we want to introduce free software-inspired processes to the authors. Thus multiple authors - along with teachers, professionals and enthusiasts - can complete their job in spite of increasing demands on content, usability and aspects. The goal is to let the authors produce these books while maintaining a continuous dialogue with users, achieving a high standard by means of this dialogue, and finally be able to easily adapt the textbooks to the teaching situation and student.
